As such, Michigan customers will be charged sales tax (6%). Shipments All orders are shipped the same day if possible. When orders are placed outside of our business hours, we try to ship them on the next business day. Orders are shipped via UPS. Several shipping options are available, including: ground, 3 day, 2 day and next day. Payments Internet orders can be purchased with a credit card. Cancellations You have until your order has been shipped to request a cancellation. After that time, see our return policy. Returns You have 30 days from the date we ship your product to request a return. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact Chrome Works, LLC. and get the RMA number before returning merchandise. Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the original packaging. There is a 15% handling fee for all returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refunded. Freight Claims If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, please keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact.
